The check-in and check-out can be agreed each time, but ideally check-in on Saturdays from 4 pm and check-out following Saturday by 11 am.

The price is for the whole villa per week, from Saturday to Saturday.
Is breakfast included in the price?
Breakfast is not included.
Is heating included in the price?

Can we settle the bill on arrival?

We speak Italian, English and French.
How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 2 floors without a lift.

The rooms are very private, romantic and quiet.
Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Bed, bathroom and kitchen linens and towels are provided.
Do the rooms have a terrace/courtyard?
All villas are surrounded by countryside and properties are completely fenced.
Do you have non-smoking rooms/apartments?
We suggest that guests smoke outside and we do not allow smoking in bedrooms.
Is there a TV in the rooms? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, the satellite TV is in the living room.
Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms?

Is there air conditioning in the rooms? Is there any extra charge for this?

Every villa has a big dining room with 12 chairs.

Yes, each house has its own private swimming pool.

Yes, both covered car park and outdoor.

It is possible to rent cars, scooters and bicycles in Buonconvento, 3 km from the villa.
