Three luxurious villas to choose from
Activities
From a round of golf or local delicacies to wine tasting or day trips to our historic cities, discover a wealth of activities close by.
With its wide-open spaces and rolling hills, Serravalle and its outlying areas are perfect for biking.
Serravalle is conveniently located near Florence, Siena, Arezzo and Perugia, as well as the picturesque towns of Montalcino – famous for its wines and 16-century palaces, Buonconvento – with the great Etruscan sites of Castelnuovo Tancredi and Murlo, Sant’Antimo – with its famous abbey, and Monte Oliveto – known for its frescos by Signorelli.
Explore Tuscany and experience its stunning views by helicopter.
From savory fettunta (garlic bread) and classic panzanella (tomato and bread salad) to decadent finocchi allo zafferano (fennel with saffron), discover our local delicacies when you eat out, take cooking classes or invite a chef to prepare them for you at your villa.
From historical courses like Golf Club Ugolino, founded in 1934, to the newly designed 18 holes at Royal Golf La Bagnaia, Tuscany has some of Italy's finest golf courses.
The Tuscany region is studded with natural hot springs, thermal baths and spas - perfect locales to relax or meditate. Bagno Vignoni, San Casciano dei Bagni, Chanciano Terme and Rapolano Terme are some of our favorites.
Discover the stunning rolling hills of Tuscany on horseback, bicycle or even a quad bike! Swim, take tennis lessons* or workout at your villa. Or simply stroll along the Via Francigena, which meanders through the Villa di Serravalle property. *at Villa di Serravalle

Mingle with locals at our quintessential Tuscan markets, offering delicious fresh produce, or hunt for rare finds at our antique flea markets. Food markets are open in Siena every Wednesday, Pienza every Friday and Buonconvento on Saturdays. For vintage shopping, visit the nearby medieval city of Arezzo, the first weekend of the month, as well as in Florence (Fortezza da Basso every third weekend of the month and Piazza dé Ciompi, the last weekend of the month) and Montepulciano (the second weekend of the month).
Mille Miglia
Another local and national tradition, vintage car aficionados love the Mille Miglia 1,000-mile motorsport rally, which features classic and vintage cars from before 1957. It runs from Brescia to Rome and passes Serravalle.
Eroica Montalcino
This historic bike race, limited to bicycles manufactured before 1987, follows part of the breathtaking L'Eroica route in the Tuscan hils south of Siena. Join us for this family-friendly event.
Il Palio
This legendary horse race, popular since medieval times, is held twice a year. Join the fun every July 2 and August 16 in Siena’s central piazza.
